Your employees can anonymously report compliance issues through our Compliance Hotline

The Board of Directors of the Michigan Medical Group Management Association (MiMGMA) is pleased to offer the availability of a Compliance Hotline as a service available to MiMGMA members only in the constantly changing medical environment in which we all operate. 


In developing this product, it was MiMGMA’s goal to provide its members with an excellent quality project at a very reasonable price, and we are proud to say that we feel we have accomplished both objectives.  Member practices will be able to have this compliance hotline available for their staff for a fee of $100.00 per year.


Once you have applied; we will provide you with the phone number. Simply inform your staff of the hotline number as part of your compliance education and let them know that they can call this number with any compliance concerns. 


Application: This form establishes your organization as a Hotline Customer.  It assigns the key contacts for your organization as well as the parameters for contact incidents.  Keep a copy of this form for your records.

Compliance Report: This is the form that will guide the hotline personnel who will take calls from staff members who have concerns.  It will be used to record the call and to track communication with your practice.
