Conference Policies:

Conference Attendance Policy: Any person who works for a company that offers or sells products and services to medical providers may not register for this conference as an attendee. Vendors and Affiliate/Business Partner members who register as an attendee will have their registration cancelled and their registration fees refunded. We have special exhibit and sponsorship opportunities available for those individuals who wish to attend.  Please contact us or refer to the buttons below for more information on exhibit and sponsorship options.

Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing via email at least 30 days prior to the conference and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations after August 30th and no-shows will not be refunded. Substitutions from within the same group are acceptable. Email info@mimgma.org with any cancellation or substitution requests.

Photography Policy: By registering for this event, you agree to be photographed and give Michigan MGMA permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials.
