Sue Nelson has 25 years of Human Resource experience with particular focus on benefits strategy, HR technology, HR administration and employee communication/advocacy. In her current role of Vice President, Workforce Solutions at TrueNorth, Sue leads teams of specialists that assist clients as an integrated and extension of their teams, providing value beyond the insurance policy. Sue’s desire is to create a win/win partnership and alignment to assist our clients’ HR teams to become more efficient, effective and employee-focused.
Sue serves on the Board of Directors for Collins Community Credit Union and volunteers her time for numerous non-profit organizations. She also places a high priority and values the time she spends with her family and community.
